Bench Canada recently launched their #LoveMyHood campaign and asked us to show them around the 6' for 24hrs. Last week we took you to Bolt Fresh Bar for Acai bowls followed by a little bit of shopping along Queen St. West. Here's part 2!
Let's be honest, life begins after coffee, which is why we made our way over to Sud Forno. Toronto has a million and one cute little cafes. On every corner you’ll find good coffee but there’s something special about Sud Forno. Great Americano's originally pulled us into Sud Forno, but the amazing gelato, pizza and nutella donuts keeps us coming back. It's hard to put your finger on why it’s our favourite coffee shop on Queen St. West but it totally is. They just do everything right. All we can say is, go and see for yourself.
Last stop of the day is Toronto’s largest outdoor space, Trinity Bellwoods Park. There’s always something going on in the park but for the most part, people just hang out here. On the weekends, it’s where the cool kids from outside the city flock to people watch. It’s also the perfect ending to a day spent exploring Queen Street. We often bring a picnic blanket and just chill for hours. We always leave feeling inspired.
