QUEEN WEST | NEIGHBOURHOOD GUIDE

Bench Canada recently launched their #LoveMyHood campaign and asked us to show them around the 6' for 24hrs. Yes we have Drake, the CN Tower and some of the best festivals in the world but there's so much more to explore. If you want to pass on all the tourist attractions, West Queen West has it all. There's amazing boutiques, trendy restaurants, indie coffee shops, people watching and one of the largest outdoor spaces in Toronto, situated in the center of it all. 

First stop, Bolt Fresh Bar. When we are starving and really want to stuff our faces with ice cream, Bolt has us covered with healthier alternatives. You can down a post workout smoothie, reenergize with a Power On shot or satisfy that craving with their delicious Acai Bowls. We love the reclaimed desks in the front of this sun drenched juice bar because it makes you feel like you’ve been invited to stay a while.  The gentleman next to us was awesome. He was totally chilling out and enjoying his day. He’s the perfect example of why this area is so cool. It’s just good for your soul.  

Next we popped into The Old Faithful Shop because we still need a few things for new home. This super minimalist shop is an Instagrammers dream. The airy shelves are stocked with handmade blankets, cocktail kits, and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bath essentials.
